Because our products are digital, our refund policy is simple and fair.
1. Access Delivery
Access is delivered within 24 hours of payment verification. After you place an order, share your transaction ID or upload your payment screenshot at checkout so we can verify your payment quickly.
2. Refunds
A refund is issued within 7 days if access is not delivered. No refunds are given after access has been delivered, because digital account access cannot be returned.

4. Services
Marketing service packages are billed monthly. You may cancel before the next billing cycle; the current month is non-refundable once work has started.
